Aids in completing the HUD Form 50058 Family Report and in the validation by utilizing the MCS Red Flag Validation feature, which provides real-time data validation. PHA-Web Rent Reasonableness Manager		PHA-Web Section 8 Inspection Manager
Performs a certification process that will determines if the contract rent being charged for a subsidized unit is reasonable compared to other non-subsidized units. Lists in chronological order, all of the HUD Form-50058 actions for a family, from initial lease to the end of participation. Sophisticated search tool to research a specific family. PHA-Web Vacated Tenant Manager		PHA-Web Waiting List Manager
Ability to screen applicants against a nationwide database consisting of Public Housing and Section 8 tenants. The list includes tenants that have been evicted, caused damages, or moved out owing money. The list can be added to or updated. Learn More		Utilizes a user-friendly interface for entering and updating applicant information. Allows the user to place applicants on multiple waiting lists with different preferences for each list, without having to re-enter the applicant’s main contact and household information. Learn More

MCS Web Design and Hosting		PHA-Web Accounts Payable Manager
MCS’ web development team can design a web page to fit your agency’s needs. Select from one of our many design templates, or have a page created specifically to meet your agency’s requirements. Learn More		Produces payments to vendors corresponding to invoices entered. Allows the user to enter one time or recurring invoices for payment. Payment can then be produced in the form of checks, direct deposit or a combination of both. Learn More

PHA-Web HAP Accounting Manager PHA-Web Public Housing Accounting Manager

Assists in the production of payments for both federal and state rental assistance programs..

Create payments in the form of checks or direct deposit to Landlords and Families. Create regular monthly payments or manual adjustments as necessary.

PHA-Web TRACS Certification Manager PHA-Web Inspection Manager

Produces completed HUD 50059 forms and create monthly forms and transmission files.

Incoropates Red Flag Validation technology to ensure error free entry. Creates all MAT files necessary for submission as well as HUD 50059, 52670 and 52670A forms.

Completes rent calculation for Massachusetts state housing programs.

Calculate rents for state 200, 667, 689, 705, AHVP, MRVP and DMH program. Uses Red Flag Validation technology to ensure error freey entry. Produces rent calculation and verification forms.
